1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Orders placed before 3:00 PM IST on business days are typically processed the same day.
• Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.
2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY & TIMELINES
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 4–5 working days.
• Standard Delivery: 4–5 working days after processing
• Total Turnaround Time: 5–7 business days (processing + shipping)
Note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
• Standard Shipping: Free across India
• Promotional Shipping for International Orders: Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions. These will be applied automatically at checkout if your order meets the criteria.
5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number.
• The tracking number will be active within 24 hours
• You can track your package via the link provided in the email or through your order section
6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are pleased to offer international shipping to select countries.
• Delivery Estimates: International orders may take longer than 4–5 working days depending on the destination and customs processing
• Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Inhautecouture.com is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All such charges are the responsibility of the customer
7. DELAYS AND EXCEPTIONS
While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, external factors may occasionally cause delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by:
• Weather conditions (severe disruptions)
• Service interruptions (carrier strikes or operational issues)
• High order volume (e.g., holidays, sale periods)
• Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
8. CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
• Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once the order has been processed (usually within 24 hours), cancellations may not be possible
