How do I earn Haute Points?
You earn 3 Haute Points for every ₹100 you spend on product, automatically, from your first order once the programme is live. Your rate rises to 7 at Gold and 10 at Obsidian. You also earn 100 points for a review, 300 for sharing and tagging @inhautecouture, 1,000 on your birthday, and 250 for attending an event.
How does the referral reward work?
From launch day: create your code, share it, and when a friend places their first order using it you receive 10% of that order's value in points.
How do I move up a tier?
Tiers are assessed on lifetime spend and held for life. Ivory is yours from the start; Gold unlocks at ₹50,000, and Obsidian at ₹1,50,000 — or by private invitation.
What are my points worth?
Every 100 Haute Points is worth ₹100 to spend on your next piece — one point equals one unit of your market's currency — redeemable at checkout once the programme is live. They stay valid as long as your account is active.
The programme opens with the store; no points accrue before launch. Rates and thresholds shown are launch values and may be adjusted.
