What's included
- Complimentary length adjustments — hem, straps and sleeves.
- Taking in or letting out for a closer fit to your measurements.
- Standard size adjustments, within the construction limits of each garment.
How to request an alteration
You can request an alteration in one of two ways:
- When you order — add your measurements or fit notes in the order notes at checkout, or share them with our team by email or WhatsApp along with your order number.
- After delivery — if a piece needs adjusting once it arrives, contact our team within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange the alteration.
To help us tailor your piece accurately, please share your bust, waist, hip and height measurements, along with any specific fit preference.
Turnaround & dispatch
In-stock pieces ordered without custom adjustments are dispatched within 24 hours. Orders that include alterations or made-to-measure adjustments need a little additional atelier time before dispatch — our team will confirm the timeline with you once your measurements are received.
Made-to-measure & customised pieces
Where a garment is adjusted to your personal measurements or made to order, it is crafted specifically for you. Please note that made-to-measure and customised pieces — like other personalised items — fall outside our standard return window. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy for full details. We will always work with you to get the fit right.
