RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You can return or exchange any item within 14 days from the date of delivery.
If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:
- Contact Hautecouture support with your order number and the item you wish to return.
- Hautecouture will arrange a return pickup through its logistics partner.
- Once the returned item is received and approved, Hautecouture will initiate a refund to the original payment method (this may take up to 3 - 4 working days to reflect in your account).
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all tags intact.
PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Personalized or made-to-order items (e.g., Made-to-Order range or items with custom names)
- Products made with custom-selected fabrics/materials or specially commissioned items ("closed-out products")
- Gift vouchers
FAULTY PRODUCTS
If you receive a faulty product:
- You must share photo proof of the defect along with the packaging within 2 days of delivery.
- Please send the images directly to the Hautecouture support team.
For faulty items, you will be offered one of the following:
- Replacement
- Exchange
- Refund
REFUNDS
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card).
- Please allow up to 3 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
